We do not have a minimum spend, however, our minimum order for In-stock product is one pack/bundle and for Pre-order product is 30 pieces up (Different packs got different ratio so please noted.)

Yes we do! And for customers that's interested in MTO please contact us so we can send you our weekly MTO products. Or if you have a style that you would like to do MTO please feel free to send over for a quoted price. Please noted for MTO we would require a minimum order quantity which is normally around 100-150 pieces up depending on the styles.

Unfortunately yes and all styles come in packs of 4-9 pieces per pack as confirmed for each style on the product pages.

Our display price doesn't included VAT. 20% VAT is only charged to UK customers and eU customers who do not have a valid VAT number. Customers from outside of the EU will not be charged VAT, but may have to pay for local import charges when receiving the goods. EU customers with a valid VAT number will not be charged VAT. We deliver Europe and internationally. For international orders we send via Parcel2Go, Interparcel or you can opt to use your own couriers. 

With In-store orders, the orders received by 3PM between Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Order received after 3PM between Monday to Friday may be dispatched on the same day or next working day, depending on when the courier come to collect our parcels.

Please make sure you read and understand our return policy before making an order. This policy is for online orders only, different return policy may apply to in-store orders, please contact our in-store sale department for details.

We offers a '14 Days Return Guarantee' to all online customers.

Our 14 days returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition in whole packs within 14 days of the date you received the item.

Our 14 days return guarantee applies to all products with the conditions set out below. We don't have a returns courier service, therefore all parcels must be returned via a courier of your choice. Your postage will only be refunded if the items are faulty, incorrect or an unsuitable alternative.

All returns should meet the following conditions and following the How to Return process in order to be accepted.

- Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging.

- Returns must be made in full pack quantity in original size/ratio.

- We cannot accept return of individual pieces, unless faulty.

- Violation of any of the condition above will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the goods value. Where an order is cancelled by a customer before shipment but after it has been processed by us, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.

- The restocking fee may be waived for regular customers at our discretion.We do not accept returns after 14 days of the date the buyer received the item.

- Buyer is responsible for the return delivery, unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent.Returns must be received by us within the following time frame of acknowledging the return.

To organise a return, please email us at notifying that you would like to return faulty Goods, specifying exactly what Goods (style number, colour and size, reason of returning and when they were purchased or what the invoice number is and giving full details of the defect or fault, including images of the fault. We aim to reply your email within 2 working days.

Once we acknowledge your return, you should pack your parcel securely and include the order number and your name in the package so that we can identify your return quickly. Failure to provide such information may result in credits being delayed. Please make sure your parcel will reach us within the time frame listed in the conditions above and mark your box clearly with our address listed below:

We are not liable for parcels returned by customers. In the event of lost/damaged parcel, it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim. We advise that you ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents.

For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via email. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to appear on your account. In the unlikely events of not receiving the refund, please contact us for assistance.

For any replacement, we will process your request within 48 hours, however please allow 7 days turnaround from the time you send your parcel back to us to redelivery.

If you return an item and request an alternative item at a higher price, you will be charged the difference in price. Any refunds or difference in price will be credited to the original payment card. Once we have dispatched your order, our team will send you you will a message or a email with a tracking number included. Please allow some time for this to come through, and be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder for your tracking number if it doesn’t appear within 24 hours.
